Welcome Molly Burdess, EPI's Human Resources Director

We’re excited to welcome Molly Burdess to EPI as our new Human Resources Director, joining our Agency Leadership Team.
Molly brings extensive experience as a strategic human resources leader. She holds a Master of Business Administration and is a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), reflecting her commitment to excellence and best practices in the HR field.
She has a proven ability to design and lead HR strategies that support rapidly growing, mission-driven organizations. Throughout her career, Molly, alongside her teams, has successfully helped organizations scale—most notably growing one organization from 60 employees to more than 500 while expanding operations across 12 states.
In addition to her professional role, Molly is actively engaged in the Cedar Valley community. She serves on the Board of One Cedar Valley and, in 2025, was named a 20 Under 40 Award recipient, recognizing her leadership and contributions to the community.
In her role at EPI, Molly will lead key human resources initiatives, including talent development, workforce planning, leadership support, and organizational strategy. Her work will play an essential role in strengthening our teams and ensuring EPI continues to grow in ways that align with our mission and values.
