Waterloo, IA - Exceptional Persons, Inc.’s (EPI’s) employee Brian Brandau has joined EPI’s 5 Star Club as he was awarded March Direct Support Professional (DSP) of the month.

EPI’s 5-Star Club was created to celebrate the outstanding work of DSP’s at EPI. Peers nominate fellow DSP’s and recipients are chosen from those nominations.

Brian’s nomination stated “Brian is always willing to change his work schedule as needed to fit the needs of the persons served as well as his coworkers. Brian assisted an individual with being safe through the overnight hours by reinforcing the individuals strengths and helping them to increase their self-esteem. He reviews all information with individuals and empowers them to advocate for themselves.”
