Iowa Medicaid will be hosting webinars branded as "tele-townhall meetings" to provide information about the transition and allow the opportunity to ask questions to DHS staff.
There will be a short presentation available to those who call in and have internet access. Iowa Medicaid will be collecting questions and answers to provide future communication pieces.
