Support is just a click away—wherever you are.
At Exceptional Persons, Inc. (EPI), we believe support should be flexible, accessible, and person-centered. That’s why we’re excited to announce a new way to connect with services—telehealth.
Whether you’re receiving Intermittent, Supported Community Living (SCL), or Employment Services—or you’re brand new to EPI—telehealth makes it easier than ever to access the support you need. No extra travel. No long wait times. Just personalized care, delivered when and where it works best for you.
What is Telehealth Support at EPI?
Telehealth is a way to receive your EPI services virtually using a smart device, such as a phone, tablet, or computer. With a secure link and a strong internet connection, you can connect with your support team from anywhere—your home, your workplace, or while on the go.
This service is available for a variety of support needs, including:
- Employment supports
- Daily living support
- Goal tracking
- Emergency situations
- Medication reminders
- And more!
Why Telehealth? Here Are the Benefits:
- Convenience: Receive services without needing to leave your home
- Time-Saving: Skip the commute and save your energy for what matters
- Flexibility: Perfect for both small, scheduled check-ins and urgent needs
- Safety: HIPAA-compliant and never recorded
- Accessibility: Especially helpful in rural areas or during emergencies
From a simple appointment reminder to a virtual job coaching session, telehealth lets you stay where you are—and still reach us quickly.
Real Impact, Real People
One person served through EPI’s employment and intermittent services was able to use telehealth to attend a virtual support session while traveling out of state for a family funeral. What could have been a barrier to receiving care became a moment of empowerment—made possible by telehealth. Another individual in a rural area now has faster, more consistent access to job coaching without needing transportation to town.
These stories are just the beginning. Telehealth removes physical barriers so people can focus on growth, connection, and independence.
Is Telehealth Right for Me?
Telehealth is available to:
- Current and new individuals receiving Intermittent SCL or Employment services
