Consumer Directed Attendant Care (CDAC)

CDAC services are designed to help people complete normal daily life activities which they are no longer able to complete due to illness, accident, disability or aging.​ CDAC services available with 
​support in home & community services only.

Assistance May Include

  • Personal cares
    Dressing, hygiene, grooming
  • Household supports
    Laundry, home cleaning
  • Mobility supports
    Wheelchair transferring, ambulation and mobility
  • Mealtime supports
    Meal preparation, cooking, support eating and feeding
  • Minor medical needs
    Medications ordinarily self-administered, minor would care
  • Employment support
    Assistance getting to and from work, assistance with job-related tasks while on the worksite
