What is Early Access? Exceptional Persons, Inc. works in partnership with Iowa's Early ACCESS Program for Children and Families. Early ACCESS is a statewide program of services for families with children under age three who may have a health condition that may affect his or her growth and development; or may have delays in his or her ability to play, think, talk, and move. The Regional Coordinator works with early intervention providers and families to assure families get the services they need. What will Early ACCESS do for me and my family? Early ACCESS can work with you to find the services you are looking for to best support your child and your family. Why would I want Early ACCESS Services? It is important to begin working with children
as soon as possible.
