We envision a future where our organization provides a broad array of services for people with disabilities, families with child care needs, and all who may benefit from our services.
The services we offer will be of exemplary quality. Our staff will have integrity and will be dedicated, creative, well trained and committed to teamwork. Our work setting will be challenging and rewarding. The organization will be financially healthy allowing us to be flexible and responsive to the needs of current and potential customers. The agency will be involved in partnerships with others who share our vision and values, and provide consultation to groups and individuals as requested.
