Public Information Request Procedure
Exceptional Persons, Inc. is committed to
providing quality services and to providing accurate information about its
services to stakeholders and any other interested parties. Information about
agency services is provided through various mechanisms including but not
limited to, EPI news releases, brochures, newsletters, annual reports, and
the agency web site.
EPI responds to general information requests
from interested persons by providing the appropriate materials. A great
deal of information is provided on the agency website and in the agency
Performance Report, as well as in other published materials such as annual
reports, brochures, and newsletters. General information requests will be
forwarded to the appropriate personnel and will be responded to in a timely
manner.
EPI will respond promptly to requests for
outcome information pertaining to its accredited and licensed services.
A great deal of this information can also be accessed through the EPI website.
Outcome information can also be found on a bulletin board located in the
central office lobby. Copies of Performance Reports, as well as survey information,
can be obtained by contacting the Quality Assurance Manager.
Questions from the public regarding EPI’s
programs and services will be addressed promptly. Questions about programs
and services will be forwarded to the Intake Resource and Referral Specialist,
who will ensure questions are addressed by the appropriate staff members
either orally or through a written response.
EPI will continue to solicit input, questions
and/or concerns from its stakeholders and the general public through various
venues such as the agency website, newsletters, surveys, focus groups, and
other public relations efforts.
